I’m a Certified and accredited Unbreakable Mindset Coach, trained in a methodology that helps women understand their thoughts, patterns, and emotional reactions so they can make confident decisions again. Before coaching, I spent 13 years as a registered nurse, supporting people through some of the hardest and most emotionally demanding moments of their lives. That experience taught me to listen deeply, to understand fear, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to “hold everything together”, and to support women with empathy, honesty, and steadiness.
