That change was coaching. It helped me rebuild my confidence, trust my decisions, and feel in control of my life again. Now I support other women to do the same.

Before becoming a certified and accredited Mindset Coach, I spent over 30 years in healthcare, including 13 years as a registered nurse. I’ve supported people through some of the most stressful, emotional, and life-shaping moments they’ll ever face, and it taught me how to listen, how to support without judgement, and how to help people find their way through overwhelm and uncertainty. That lived experience, alongside professional qualifications, shapes the way I coach today and allows me to guide you with a steady, compassionate, and informed approach.
